Join us for an experiment in Real Estate Tokenization and DAO Governance, from within the Metaverse! Community DAO is behind the construction and development of the CommTower, a 25 story skyscraper in the virtual world known as Sky City, created by Alterverse. By selling floors as NFTs and governing tokens, we are creating an early model of the emerging Fractional Real Estate industry. By having a property in a virtual space that can be universally accessed, invested in, and owned/occupied by people from all over the world, we are building groundwork for a larger revolution in tokenizing the world.
